Career Experience:
Since qualifying I worked initially as a rotational physiotherapist within a large acute NHS hospital. Here I gained experience in a variety of areas including trauma, elective surgery, neurology and emergency medicine. At West Midlands Hospital my work is split between musculoskeletal and gynaecological outpatients, and our inpatient facility.
Specialist Interest:
I have a specialist interest in the treatment of women's health conditions - focussing on incontinence, prolapse and ante and post-natal physiotherapy. As an extremely sporty person myself, I also enjoy treating sporting injuries and getting athletes back to their full potential.
Personal Interest:
Outside of work I have been a competitive track and field athlete for the past 16 years having recently competed in the British Championships and England Senior Championships in the 400m hurdles. In my spare time, I enjoy eating, travelling and socialising.
